The transnational meetings allowed the partners to analyze the organizational, management, monitoring of project progress, analysis and self-evaluation aspects and how the intellectual results were achieved.

The learning activities proposed in the project aimed to increase the quality of the project activities, the results and, most importantly, the achievement of the project objectives. These activities were planned to make the team more efficient, based on their previous needs and expertise, to provide them with benefits, focused content.
These activities have had the impact of the professional and personal development of the staff within the partner organizations, thus having the opportunity and the opportunity to train and learn from each other, thus improving their skills as trainers.
